All social landlords have a complex task in ensuring that their residents are happy, comfortable and living in good quality surroundings. We understand the conflicts that are faced and which include increasingly high levels of customer expectation to be delivered with diminishing budgets. We fundamentally understand the need for ‘value for money’ and will deliver cost effective solutions across our entire portfolio of services.

The repair, refurbishment and renewal of social housing is our ‘core’ business. Since our formation, we have established a reputation for successfully delivering the work whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer care and safety.

Our directly employed workforce and long-term partnerships with suppliers and, ensure that we always bring the right team to deliver the job ‘right first time’ when it is expected and in as few visits as possible thereby minimising disruption to your residents. We pride ourselves in the quality of our repairs. In short, what is fixed stays fixed!

Furthermore, we understand the importance of accountability and being visible. All our staff wear  our own branded uniform, carry registered ID cards and are CRB checked. We never enter a home without explaining who we are and why we are visiting.

Lastly, because we operate and recruit in the London region, we understand the complexity and differences that exist in our communities. Our diverse and highly qualified workforce brings a multitude of customer care and secondary language skills to supplement their trade excellence and work ethic.
