Who We Do

Topman Construction Ltd is a privately owned construction and property services company that operates predominantly in the ‘social housing’ and ‘public’ sectors in the London and Essex area.

We operate a direct employment model and only use subcontract for specialist activities. All of our management and supervision is directly employed and qualified to at least NVQ Level 2, many of whom are multi-skilled and qualified to NVQ Level 3 and above.

We are a diverse organisation capturing the benefit of the communities in which we are based and work. As such, we offer local employment opportunities as standard always looking to recruit close to where we work. 

We have an exemplary Health and Safety record and we adopt HSE best practice as standard to ensure safe working practices. We also have a strong commitment to the environment and focus heavily on waste minimisation and recycling.
