We have extensive experience of delivery services in occupied properties and in working within diverse communities. Our directly employed staff is selected as much on their attitude towards customers as for their technical competence and we fully appreciate the importance of the customer in determining the way in which we deliver the service. This will be particularly important in the working methods we adopt for the delivery of ‘Kitchen Refurbishment Pilot Contract’ given the vulnerability some of this client group.

We confirm that we have delivered a range of Aids & Adaptations and DDA including Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment works in both the social housing and public sector delivering these works ‘in occupation’.
